HOW OUR PLANS WORK
Every plan includes on-site visits and consultations. When something comes up, we come out, look at it, and talk you through your options, whether it’s a dripping faucet or a kitchen remodel. Looking and advising is part of your plan.
The repair work itself is billed at our standard service rates. Plus and Premier members also receive a set amount of included on-site service time each month, used for small repairs and tasks.

TRY ESSENTIALS FOR $19.99 A MONTH
New members can try the Essentials plan for $19.99 a month for the first three months. It’s an easy, low-cost way to get to know our team, start your Home File, and see what it’s like to have one call for everything. Trial spots are limited each month.
After three months, your membership continues as Essentials at the regular price of $199 a month, unless you choose a different plan or cancel. About a week before your price changes, we’ll send you a reminder, and you can switch plans or cancel online anytime.

DOCUMENTED VISITS, CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
Every visit ends with a dated service report that includes photos and video of what was checked, what we found, and what we recommend. You’ll always know the condition of your home at the time of each visit.
A maintenance check confirms that an item was working at the time of the visit. It isn’t a guarantee of future performance. Equipment can fail, power can go out, and devices can be unplugged or disabled between visits, so Home Care Plans are not insurance, a home warranty, or a monitoring service. Work by outside trade partners is covered by that provider’s own warranty and insurance. Complete terms are spelled out in your written service agreement before any plan begins.

What is a Mr. Moto Home Care Plan?
A Mr. Moto Home Care Plan is a monthly membership for people who live in their own homes. It includes on-site visits and consultations, seasonal maintenance checks, priority scheduling, a Mr. Moto Home File, and one number to call for repairs, projects, and real estate needs. Plans come in Essentials, Plus, and Premier levels, or homeowners can build a Custom Plan.
How much does a Mr. Moto Home Care Plan cost?

Homeowners should keep appropriate homeowners insurance and consider a home warranty if they want that coverage.
What is the Mr. Moto Home File?
The Mr. Moto Home File is an organized record of a member’s home. It includes a 3D walkthrough and video, an inventory of appliances and mechanical systems with model and serial numbers, key details like filter sizes and shutoff locations, and a complete service history. The Home File is maintained securely by Mr. Moto Realty, members receive a visit report by email after every visit, and a complete copy of the Home File is available for a fee.
Can Mr. Moto Realty create an as-built floor plan of a home?
Yes. For a fee, Mr. Moto Realty can create an as-built floor plan from a home’s 3D walkthrough, showing room layout and dimensions. It’s a floor plan only and does not include mechanical or structural details. Homeowners often use it to plan a remodel with an architect or designer, who should verify dimensions before construction begins.
Do owners have to use Mr. Moto Realty’s affiliated construction company for repairs?
No. Mr. Moto Realty is affiliated with a local construction company owned by members of the team, but using it is never required. Owners can choose their own contractors, and the team is happy to coordinate with them. When outside trade partners are used, their work is covered by their own warranty and insurance.
Can a Home Care Plan help when it’s time to sell a home?
Yes. When a Home Care member sells with Mr. Moto Realty, the Home File becomes part of the listing: a 3D tour, a floor plan, and a documented maintenance history that helps buyers feel confident in the home. The same team that already knows the home helps prepare it and list it for sale. Listing with the team is never a requirement of any plan.
